Analysis of the reasons why the cold storage is not cooling:

1. The system has insufficient cooling capacity. There are two main reasons for insufficient cooling capacity and insufficient refrigerant circulation. The first is insufficient refrigerant filling. At this time, only a sufficient amount of refrigerant needs to be filled. Another reason is that there is a lot of refrigerant leakage in the system. In this case, the leakage point should be found first, focusing on checking the pipelines and valve connections. After detecting the leakage and repairing it, add a sufficient amount of refrigerant.

2. The cold storage has poor thermal insulation or sealing performance, resulting in excessive cooling loss and poor thermal insulation performance. This is because the insulation layer thickness of pipelines, warehouse insulation walls, etc. is insufficient, and the heat insulation and thermal insulation effects are poor. This is mainly due to the thickness of the insulation layer in the design or the poor quality of insulation during construction. When insulation materials are used during construction, the insulation and moisture-proof performance may be reduced due to moisture, deformation, or even corrosion. Another important reason for cold damage is poor warehouse performance, with more hot air entering the warehouse from leaks.

Generally speaking, if condensation appears on the seal of the warehouse door or cold storage insulation wall, it means that the seal is not tight. In addition, frequent switching of warehouse doors or more people entering the warehouse at the same time will also increase the cooling loss of the warehouse. Try to avoid opening the cold storage door frequently to prevent a large amount of hot air from entering the storage room. Of course, if the warehouse has frequent or excessive inventory, the heat load will increase sharply, and it will generally take a long time to cool down.

Precautions

1. In summer, outdoor temperatures are high and hot and cold convection is strong, so frequent opening and closing of cold storage doors should be minimized. When using cold storage, special attention should be paid to the fact that the operators in the cold storage must be trained and certified. Otherwise, frequent improper operation may easily lead to increased losses of refrigeration equipment and reduced machine service life, which may lead to safety accidents.

2. The storage items in the cold storage must be placed in accordance with the prescribed discharge conditions. They must not be stored in piles due to excessive storage. Stacking and storage can easily cause the shelf life of stored items to be shortened. Water temperature is a major guarantee for the operation of fresh-keeping cold storage in summer. The cooling water of the cold storage water-cooling unit It is best if the water ingress does not exceed 25℃. When the temperature exceeds 25°C, replenish tap water in time and replace circulating water frequently to keep the water clean. Regularly check the radiator of the air-cooled unit and clean the dust on the radiator promptly to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect.

3. Regularly check the wires and various electrical accessories of the cold storage control system. Don’t forget to check whether the water flow of the cooling water pump is normal and whether the cooling tower fan is rotating forward. The criterion for judgment is whether the hot air is rising upwards. When cold storage refrigeration equipment works non-stop 24 hours a day, machine maintenance is also a top priority. It is necessary to add lubricant to the unit regularly and check the operation of the equipment regularly. Once damage is found, it must be repaired and replaced immediately. Do not hold on to it. 4. Minimize the opening and closing frequency of cold storage doors. Because the outdoor temperature is high in summer and the hot and cold convection is strong, on the one hand it is easy to lose a lot of cold energy inside the cold storage, on the other hand it is also easy to cause a lot of condensation inside the cold storage. Check the ventilation environment of the air-cooled unit to ensure that the hot air discharged by the unit can be dissipated in time. When the ambient temperature is too high, water can be sprayed on the fins of the radiator to help dissipate heat and improve the cooling effect.

5. Strictly control the inventory to prevent the refrigeration unit from working for a long time and the storage temperature to drop slowly.

6. Pay attention to providing enough outside air to the outdoor unit. The hot air discharged from the condensing device should be kept away from the outdoor unit and hot air circulation cannot be formed.
